• Combine the Bentonite Clay and Baking Soda in small bowl.
• Melt Coconut Oil separately in microwave for a few seconds or on stove top; stir melted coconut oil into the dry ingredients using a rubber whisk or plastic fork (NOTE: avoid using metal utensils to work with the Bentonite Clay as some research states that it will weaken the effectiveness of the clay).
• Add Essential oils and whisk until smooth.
• While mixture is still warm, use plastic funnel to pour toothpaste mixture into a glass jar for cooling and storage. Small glass baby food jars work well for storage, or a glass container like these from Amazon .

You can use the mixture immediately, but it will need about 24 hours to "set" and become solid again. You can use a small plastic utensil or the end of your tooth brush to scrape a small amount of the mixture onto your toothbrush for daily use. Voila!
